What services do you currently offer?

At present we offer mental health coaching based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Somatic Therapy that are focused on anxiety, depression and trauma. We also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol, which we have observed to have a tremendous impact on nervous system regulation.

We also offer various programs that are focused on fast, impactful results. These programs can be an effective way to start making a difference in your mental health sooner, as the wait list is typically much shorter.

How much do your services cost?

Currently a 50-minute mental health coaching session is priced at $75. Because we focus on fast results for our clients with a view to not needing ongoing therapy, our treatment typically costs the average person a grand total of $450-1500.

Our Mental Health Programs, designed to be completed in approximately 6 weeks, typically cost a total of $390.

Presently we are offering our resource library at no charge.

How many sessions do I need?

For anxiety and depression, most clients are “done” between 6-20 weeks. For trauma, most clients complete the program in 12-20 sessions.

However, there are always outliers, and we will work at a pace that is manageable for you.

Also, the majority of our clients choose to take a few “booster sessions” afterwards as needed, to reinforce what was learned and as occasional maintenance.

How frequently do I need to book?

We strongly recommend that our clients book weekly sessions. This allows between-session assignments to be completed in a timely and progressive manner, which is a major factor that contributes to the success of the services we offer.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we will either refund the session or rebook at another time, no questions asked.

If we don’t receive 48 hours notice, we may be able to rebook your session if we’ve had another cancellation, but that isn’t common. You will be able to book your next session regularly using this website.

I’m not sure if your services are what I need, what should I do?

When you fill out our contact form, you can include any details that you feel are relevant. We will also send you an intake form before adding you to our waiting list, which will allow us to do an initial assessment of your needs.

Once we’ve received your assessment form you can also book a 30-minute consultation, which allows us to do a more in-depth assessment and recommend a solution that works with your needs and goals.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately due to the international nature of our clients, we aren’t able to process payments from your insurance provider.

In regards to submitting expenses for reimbursement, our clients have had mixed results.

Due to the fact that therapy or counseling has to be offered by locally licensed professionals in your state or province, we are only legally able to refer to our services as coaching. You will have to review your insurance policy to see if you can be reimbursed for mental health coaching services registered in New York, USA.
