What services do you currently offer?
At present we offer mental health coaching built around three integrated methods — CBT, Somatic Therapy, and Nervous System Reboot — to treat anxiety (including GAD, Social Anxiety, and Panic Disorder), OCD, PTSD and trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. We also offer Couples Communication Coaching for relationship challenges.
What is the cost of your services?
This information can be found on our pricing page.
How many sessions do I need?
For anxiety and depression, most clients are “done” between 6-20 weeks. For trauma, most clients complete the program in 12-20 sessions.
However, there are always outliers, and we will always strive to work at a pace that is manageable for you.
Also, the majority of our clients choose to take a few “booster sessions” afterwards as needed, to reinforce what was learned and as occasional maintenance.
How frequently do I need to book?
We strongly recommend that our clients book weekly sessions. This allows between-session assignments to be completed in a timely and progressive manner, which is a major factor that contributes to the success of the services we offer.
What is Nervous System Reboot?
Nervous System Reboot is a structured program we use alongside coaching to help regulate your nervous system — often the missing piece when CBT or somatic work alone isn’t producing the progress you’d expect. It starts with a Group Introduction Class, then continues through a guided audio protocol (the Safe & Sound Protocol, and often Rest & Restore Protocol afterward), both research-backed methods developed from Polyvagal Theory. Is Nervous System Reboot required, or is it separate from coaching?
It’s not required, but we strongly recommend it for nearly all clients. In their consultation, the vast majority of our clients choose to start Nervous System Reboot alongside coaching once they understand what it does and why it matters — it’s rarely a hard sell, because the results speak for themselves.
Some clients choose to do Nervous System Reboot on its own, without coaching sessions with us — maybe they’re not ready for sessions yet, or they already have a coach or therapist they’re working with elsewhere. Reboot works well either way, alongside coaching or completely on its own.
How much does it cost?
$185 for the Group Introduction Class — a one-time cost, where you’ll learn how your nervous system works and prepare to begin the protocol. Taking it as a household? Each additional member gets 30% off. Continuing into the protocol itself requires a $65/month subscription for audio access — this isn’t a separate or optional add-on, it’s what actually delivers the program. You can pause, cancel, or resume that subscription anytime without ever paying the $185 again. Adding household members to the subscription is discounted too — just $15/month per additional person ($80 for two, $95 for three, etc.). Here’s the complete pricing list for all of our services.
What if I stop and want to come back later?
That’s completely normal — many clients complete what they need, pause the subscription, and return months or years later if life brings up something new. The $185 intro session is one-time only, so you’d simply restart the $65/month subscription whenever you’re ready. No need to redo the introduction.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we will either refund the session or rebook at another time, no questions asked.
If we don’t receive 48 hours notice, we may be able to rebook your session if we’ve had another cancellation, but that isn’t common. You will be able to book your next session regularly using this website.
The exception to this is for the Nervous System Reboot introduction class. It’s a group session, so if you aren’t able to make it last-minute we generally have no problem fitting you in for the next one.
I’m not sure if your services are what I need, what should I do?
When you fill out our contact form, you can include any details that you feel are relevant. We will also send you an intake form before adding you to our waiting list, which will allow us to do an initial assessment of your needs.
Once we’ve received your assessment form we will invite you to book a 50-minute consultation, which allows us to explain our program, do a more in-depth assessment and recommend a solution that works with your needs and goals.
Do you accept insurance?
We’re not able to bill insurance providers directly, since we work with clients internationally and insurance processing varies by country and provider.
That said, some of our American clients have successfully used an HSA or FSA to cover sessions — results vary by provider, so we’d recommend checking with yours before you start.
One note on terminology: because therapy and counseling can only be offered by professionals licensed in your specific state or province, we’re only able to refer to our services as “coaching” — even though many of our clients come to us for the same reasons they’d otherwise see a therapist for. Our services are registered as mental health coaching in New York, USA, so if you’re looking into reimbursement, that’s the terminology and registration to check against your policy.
