All sessions offered have a duration of 50 minutes. The large majority of our clients reach their mental health goals in 12-20 sessions, although this may vary depending on your needs.

This is a one-time cost, never repeated, even if you pause and return later.
- Deseree walks you through how your nervous system works and guides you through the Autonomic Ladder exercise, so you’re prepared to begin the protocol.
- 30% off for each additional household member taking the class with you (for example, a family of four: $185 + 3 × $129.50 = $573.50).
- Group sessions available (2-8 people).
Monthly Protocol Access

+$15/month for each additional household member ($80 for two, $95 for three, etc.)
- Required for clients to access the actual audio.
- Pause, cancel, or resume anytime. There’s no need to repeat the intro class if you come back later.
We’re coaches, not therapists, and nobody on our team holds a clinical license. We aren’t able to bill insurance directly, though some of our American clients have used an HSA or FSA. There is more on that in our FAQs.
