Terms of Service

These terms cover booking, payment, cancellation and refunds. For what we do, who we work well with, and where we are not the right fit, see our Scope of Practice page.

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes and run over Zoom. They are scheduled on the hour, and the ten minutes at the end of each hour is a break for your coach before their next client.

You can book up to 60 days ahead, and at least one day in advance.

Booking and payment

Payment is taken when you book, not after the session.

Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. We never see or hold your card details. We do send Stripe your name and your coach’s name, so that we can match a payment to the right appointment.

If prices change

We give notice on this site before any price change takes effect, normally around two months ahead. The notice says which coaches and which services are affected and what the new prices will be.

The price you pay is the price at the time you book, not the time of your session. So if you see a change coming and want to book ahead at the current rate, you can, and plenty of people do. That is fine by us.

One thing to know if you do. The 48 hour cancellation policy below still applies to those sessions in the usual way, so you are not locked in. But once a session is cancelled, booking it again after the new prices take effect means the new price.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session and you get a full refund, or you can move to another time at no cost.

Inside 48 hours we handle it case by case, and the question is simply whether we can fill the slot. If someone else takes it, you are not charged. If we cannot fill it, the session is charged. Your coach set that hour aside and turned other bookings away for it.

If you do not show up, the session is charged. Same reason.

Nervous System Reboot

The Group Introduction Class is a one-time cost and is non-refundable, because of the licensing fees we pay on the program. You only ever pay it once. If you stop the program and come back later, you do not pay it again.

The listening program itself runs on a monthly subscription. It is required for the program rather than an optional extra, and it is what gives you access to the audio.

You can pause, cancel or restart the subscription whenever you like. If you cancel, your access runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not prorate, and we do not refund part of a month.

Refunds, in short

Stopping

Sessions are booked one at a time. There is no package to commit to and no minimum number of sessions. If you want to stop, you stop.

If anything here is unclear

Ask us before you book rather than after. We would rather answer a question now than have you find out later that you understood something differently than we meant it.
